Course Description:
This course will explore the German model of industrial innovation and its role as the leading economy in the European Union. Topics to be discussed will include culture, economy, society, history, innovation strategy, Industry 4.0 manufacturing, etc. This course will include in-class sessions, online assignments and lectures at Reutilngen University, in the industrial heartland of Germany.

Visit companies in Stuttgart area (Mercedes, Hugo Boss, etc.); Attend lectures at BSU and Reutilngen University; Tour of ESB's Logistics Learning Factory; Visit German cities (Stuttgart and Berlin).
